重組大鼠白細(xì)胞介素-2，液體蛋白與其它公司提供的重組蛋白不同，rRtIL-2, Liquid蛋白產(chǎn)品為采用CFS的無細(xì)胞麥胚蛋白合成系統(tǒng)表達(dá)出來的重組蛋白，可表達(dá)出對(duì)細(xì)胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并獲得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻譯后修飾、從而部分具有功能的蛋白.同時(shí)獨(dú)有的全自動(dòng)蛋白純化技術(shù)則簡便高效，將蛋白純化過程中對(duì)蛋白的損傷降低到*小程度.重組大鼠白細(xì)胞介素-2，液體蛋白（全長序列）產(chǎn)品可用于Western Blot驗(yàn)證、抗體制備、蛋白檢測、ELISA等試驗(yàn)中.

| Background | IL-2 is a powerful immunoregulatory lymphokine produced by T-cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. It is expressed by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, γδ T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. IL-2/IL-2R signaling is required for T-cell proliferation and other fundamental functions which are essential for the immune response. The receptor for IL-2 consists of three subunits (55 kDa IL2Rα, 75 kDa IL2Rβ, 64 kDa common gamma chain γc/IL2Rγ) that are present on the cell surface in varying preformed complexes. Recombinant rat IL-2 is a 15.3 kDa protein containing 134 amino acid residues and it shares about 82 %, 66 %, 66 %, 60 % and 54 % amino acid sequence identity with mouse, human, rhesus macaque, pig and equus caballus IL-2, respectively. |
