重組大鼠睫狀神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子蛋白與其它公司提供的重組蛋白不同，rRtCNTF蛋白產(chǎn)品為采用CFS的無細胞麥胚蛋白合成系統(tǒng)表達出來的重組蛋白，可表達出對細胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并獲得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻譯后修飾、從而部分具有功能的蛋白.同時獨有的全自動蛋白純化技術則簡便高效，將蛋白純化過程中對蛋白的損傷降低到*小程度.重組大鼠睫狀神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子蛋白（全長序列）產(chǎn)品可用于Western Blot驗證、抗體制備、蛋白檢測、ELISA等試驗中.

Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| Background | Ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) is a polypeptide hormone whose actions appear to be restricted to the nervous system where it promotes neurotransmitter synthesis and neurite outgrowth in certain neuronal populations. CNTF was initially identified as a trophic factor for embryonic chick ciliary parasympathetic neurons in culture. Furthermore, the protein is also a potent survival factor for neurons and oligodendrocytes and may be relevant in reducing tissue destruction during inflammatory attacks. In addition, CNTF is useful for treatment of motor neuron disease and it could reduce food intake without causing hunger or stress. Recombinant rat CNTF containing 199 amino acids and it shares 83 % and 95 % a.a. sequence identity with human and murine CNTF. |
